II. Declaration

We declare that as controllers of your personal data they meet all legal obligations and when processing personal data we proceed in accordance with the relevant legislation of the Slovak Republic and the legislation of the European Union, especially under Regulation (EU) 2016/679, ie a general regulation on the protection of personal data, which enters into force on 25 May 2018 and is generally known as GDPR.

We declare that:

  • We will only process your personal data on the basis of a valid legal reason, in particular a legitimate interest, the performance of contracts, legal obligations or consent.
  • According to Article 13 of the GDPR, we fulfill the information obligation before starting the processing of personal data.
  • We will enable and use you in the exercise and fulfillment of your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR.

III. What personal data do we process and how do we obtain it?

Process data that we provide ourselves: Name, surname, address, ID number, VAT number (if you order as an entrepreneur), e-mail, telephone number, IP address, cookies, information about ordered and purchased products, photos from events, video recordings from these actions.

In specific cases, it is mainly a matter of providing data, filling in some of the forms on the website Personal data then travels to an electronic database, an application for preparing and sending emails. Thanks for not ensuring that you only follow the news you want from us. This photo is the main resource that we, as joint administrators, will share.

You provide the data to us in principle voluntarily, only in some cases we would not be provided with the delivered product without providing the data (typically without knowing the contact details and delivery address we are not obliged to buy the purchased book). It is obligatory to use the data and the system will not allow you to send the form and thus to send the order without filling it in.

IV. How do we process personal data, for how long and what entitles us to do so?

Process personal data that they entrust to us themselves, for the following reasons (to fulfill these purposes):

  • Sale of goods, fulfillment of contractual obligations.

Your personal data in the range: e-mail, name, surname, address, telephone, in case of purchase as an entrepreneur or company also ID number and VAT number, we absolutely need to fulfill contracts (eg delivery of goods, sending bonus e-books for purchased goods, and Come.).

  • Bookkeeping

If you are a customer, we absolutely need your personal data (invoicing data) in order to comply with the legal obligation to issue and record tax documents.

  • Direct marketing - sending information / business e-mails

We use your personal data (e-mail, or name), which they click on in the e-mail and when they are most often opened, for the purpose of direct marketing - sending business offers. If you are our customer, we do so out of a legitimate interest, because we reasonably assume that you are interested in our news.

If you are not our customer, send you the newsletter only with your consent, until further notice. The so-called Double opt-in confirmation, ie by clicking on the button in the confirmation email. This confirmation is a clear expression of your consent to the processing of your personal data.

In either case, you can revoke this consent by using the opt-out link in each email you send.

  • Advanced consent marketing

Only with your consent we can also send you inspiring offers from third parties or use an e-mail address, e.g. for remarketing and targeting ads on Facebook, until revoked. You can, of course, limit the appeal through our contact details.

  • Photographic documentation, references

Only with your consent can you use your photos, videos or written references on our site, to do so before revoking your consent. You can finance it through our contact details.

We will retain your personal data for the duration of the limitation periods, unless the law provides for a longer period for their retention or we have not stated otherwise in specific cases.

V. Provision of personal data to third parties

Our employees and co-workers have access to certain personal data.

To ensure specific processing operations, which we cannot provide on our own, we use the services and applications of processors who know how to protect data even better than we do and specialize in the given processing.

We may make personal data, which we process as both an administrator and a processor, available only to collaborators and processors who provide administrative and technical support for the operation of applications necessary for the operation of the website and support applications or participate in the running of our business (accountant).

Other entities are allowed access only for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations.

We assure you that our associates who will process your personal data are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of personal data and security measures, the disclosure of which would jeopardize the security of your personal data.

At the same time, this secrecy continues even after the end of our contractual relations with us. Your personal data will not be disclosed to any other third party without your consent.

We will not provide your data to third countries. We process data exclusively in the European Union or in countries that provide an adequate level of protection based on a decision of the European Commission.

Thanks to the right of access to personal information, you can call us at any time and we will prove to you within 15 days what your personal data is being processed and why.

If something changes for you or you consider your personal data to be out of date or incomplete, you have the right to supplement and change your personal data.

You can exercise the right to restrict processing if you believe that we are processing your inaccurate data, that you believe that we are processing illegally, but you do not want to delete all data, or if you have objected to the processing. You can limit the scope of personal data or the purpose of processing. (For example, unsubscribing from the newsletter limits the purpose of processing for sending business offers.)

Right of portability. If you would like to take your personal data and transfer it to someone else, we will proceed in the same way as when exercising the right of access - except that we will send you the information in machine-readable form. In this case, we need at least 20 days.

Right to delete (be forgotten). We don't want to forget about you, but if you want to, you have a right to it. In this case, we will delete all your personal data from our system as well as from the system of all processors and backups. We need 10 days to secure the right to delete. In some cases, we are bound by a legal obligation, and e.g. we must register the issued tax documents for the period stipulated by law. In this case, we will delete all such personal data that are not bound by other law. We will notify you by email when the deletion is complete.

The right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection. If you feel that we are not processing your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to contact your Personal Data Protection Office at any time with your complaint. We will be happy to inform us of this suspicion first so that we can do something about it and correct any mistakes.
